Week 10! We are on another increase guys. With this deadlift cycle make sure you are moving with good form during WODS!If you smoke your back during strength then ofload during the wod, you are going to be hurting… Keep a tight core in everything
you do guys and you will make it through this power training block at the end of next week. Even though your going to feel sore

as hell the endorphins and other hormones created from this are going to do you so well for maxes in a few weeks! Keep that in mind

that they are coming up!
