3/16 – 3/21
Sorry the blog was never updated for week 10 last week guys! Well as you noticed it was a pretty tough week. Being in the midst
of the Crossfit Open doesn’t make anything easier. Remember though, you are on a specific program and unless your goal is to
realistically make it to regionals this year, the crossfit open is more or less for fun. For most of you, your goals should be rapping
up the last couple of weeks with intensity and intent to make form a perfect as possible to hit some new PRs in the coming weeks!
With that said, keep up the great work that all of you are doing in the open WODs. From my point of view, the best thing that comes
out of these is an enhanced aspect of team comroderie and competition. Use that going into the end of our current cycle next week!
As for week 11, It might seem a little all over the place but I want you guys to get another chance to condition the movemnts at heavy
weights and low volume, but get some extra deload and rest in as well. So, will work up into 90+% on a couple lifts, work some heavy pulls
and pull back on intensity for power lifts and accessories. WODs will follow that methodology and will be a mix of short red liners and longer methodical
EMOMs and AMRAPs.
**See Whiteboard link above for more WOD info**
