week 11 was awesome guys, it was basically our last heavy week before our second max testing phase of the year. With the end
of that week, we finished up our crazy high volume deadlift training block. Hopefully you guys are all feeling good after that. Now
for week 12, we our on our last deload. We will get into 85% for a couple reps on cleans and snatches but will stay light and volume
intensive for squats. Get yourselves ready for testing, this week is no time to do something silly and get hurt. If something isn’t
feeling good, don’t do it!
