CYCLE INFO WEEK 4

We are on our 4th week and this is the first deload. Since this is the first decrease of the cycle and we haven’t
really been heavy, the deload is slight. Intensity will work up to what we were at last week on Olympic lifts but

volume is decreasing to give you a bit of that needed rest and recovery. Power lifts, their should be a noticeable

decrease.

Level 1 Classes

Tuesday night we have a specialty mobility clinic in which technique will be gone over in detail for the entire hour

of 6pm -7pm. Will be concentrating on mobility with movement for the hips and glutes and then the shoulders. Then

will be working soft tissue release with some new smashing out movements. Hope to see a lot of folks there!!
